The two-wheeler 1 has a handlebar and a front wheel in front of a frame 21, a rear wheel behind the frame, and a saddle between the front wheel and the rear wheel. The frame 21 has a hinge part 24 capable of longitudinally folding the frame 21 in an erected state. The hinge part 24 has a hinge locking mechanism 2 for regulating the folding of the frame 21 by locking its opening operation. An operation lever 20 capable of arbitrarily unlocking the hinge part 24 by the hinge locking mechanism 2 is provided on the handlebar and/or the saddle.
