Abstract:
To provide a W/O-type emulsion composition giving refreshing feeling to the skin in the treatment with the composition, forming durable make-up and having excellent emulsion stability.
The objective emulsion composition is produced by formulating 0.5-5.0 wt.% specific polyether-modified silicone, 7.0-60.0 wt.% oil component containing ≥60 wt.% polysiloxane in the oil component, 3.0-60.0 wt.% powder subjected to the surface water-repelling treatment and 15.0-80.0 wt.% aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol having an ethyl alcohol/water weight ratio of 50/50 to 2/98.
