PURPOSE: To carry out printing while confirming input data by mounting a control means displaying input data on a display simultaneously with printing at the time of a direct printing mode.

CONSTITUTION: A keyboard 2 being a data input means, a display 3 as an input data display means and a printing apparatus 4 as a printing means are connected to a central control unit 5. When the keyboard 2 is operated in a direct printing mode, inputted data is printed at the same time when it is displayed on the display 3 and further stored in the memory of the central control unit 5 as it is. Since the input data is displayed on a display 3, it becomes unnecessary to confirm the input data by looking printed recording paper. Further, rapidity is high as compared with a confirming printing mode.
