Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hard coat film excellent in hardness, wear resistance, and antiblocking properties.SOLUTION: An ultraviolet-curable antiblocking hard coat resin composition is used which contains the following (A)-(D): (A) 100 pts.wt. of an alkylene oxide-modified (meth)acrylate monomer having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups; (B) 5-60 pts.wt. of a polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer having six or more (meth)acryloyl groups; (C) 0.5-20 pts.wt. of silica particles having an average primary particle diameter of 5-20 nm and an average secondary particle diameter of 100-300 nm, based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of (A) and (B); and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
