Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition having a high effect of beauty and health promotion which contains ubiquinol stably and combines functional components of gallate type catechin and collagen, and to provide a production method thereof, as well as food and drink, pharmaceuticals, quasi drugs or cosmetics containing the liquid composition.SOLUTION: The invention provides a liquid composition containing 0.01-20% by weight of ubiquinol, 0.06-2% by weight of gallate type catechin, 0.6-30% by weight of collagen, wherein the ubiquinol is dispersed into a solution containing a complex formed from the gallate type catechin and the collagen; a method for producing the liquid composition comprising a step of mixing the collagen solution obtained by emulsifying ubiquinol and the gallate type catechin solution; and food and drink, pharmaceuticals, quasi drugs, or cosmetics containing the liquid composition.
