Abstract:
To provide a coil-less manner material capable of storing a power in more larger capacity by using an amorphous titania, and provide a coil-less manner.SOLUTION: A coil-less manner material contains Ti and valve metal, and includes a plurality of projections and recesses made of an amorphous titania having TiOon a front face as a main component. The amorphous titania preferably has TiOin an oxygen-deprived state. The valve metal is preferably niobium, vanadium, silicon, or tantalum. The amorphous titania has preferably the plurality of projections and recesses having a diameter of 0.1 to 30nm, and a difference of elevation of 0.1 to 30nm. In addition, an electric resistivity is 1GΩ or more, an electric capacity is 10 mF/cmto 100F/cm, a ratio front area of the front face is preferably 1000 m/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
