Abstract:
To provide a cutting tool free from the risk of breakage, even if a heavy mechanical load is applied thereto, and an ultrasonic working device capable of exciting ultrasonic oscillation with a sufficient size.SOLUTION: The tip of the rotational axis 8 of an ultrasonic working device 1 is provided with a female screw. Meanwhile, a bar screw 6 with a hexagonal hole and a front mass 3 are produced by an integrated metal. A piezoelectric element 4a is inserted into the bar screw 6 having the integrally produced front mass 3, a phosphor bronze plate not shown is inserted therein, a piezoelectric element 4b is inserted therein, a phosphor bronze plate is inserted, a hexagonal wrench is inserted into the hexagonal socket of the bar screw 6, a spanner is hung on the notch of a rear mass 5 so as to be tighten, and a Langevin type ultrasonic oscillator 2 having the bar screw 6 is made out. A cutting tool 7 is inserted into the tip of the made-out Lange type ultrasonic oscillator 2 having the bar screw 6 and is screwed into the female screw hole of the rotational axis 8, and a spanner is hung on the notch o the rear mass 5 so as to be screwed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
