PURPOSE: To reduce the dimension and cost of an ultrasonic diagnosing device by obtaining the hard copy of the continuous recorded images of the M mode images and doppler images by an existing video printer, without using a line scan recorder, in comparison with the conventional case where the line scan recorder is large-sized and an interface for the exclusive use is necessary.

CONSTITUTION: An image copying control means 16 successively arranges a prescribed number of screen surface portions consisting of the arbitrarily selected M mode images or doppler images in time sequence in the feeding direction of a copying medium 15, allowing the time axis to coincide with each other, and carries out copying and output by a video printer 12.
