To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, where component layout limitations are small and higher-density component is mountable.
The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes an ultrasonic probe 2 to transmit and receive ultrasonic waves, a driver 21 to generate a drive signal for driving the ultrasonic probe, and a received signal amplifier 22 to amplify the echo signals received by the ultrasonic prove. It also includes a front end part that transmits and receives the drive signal and echo signal between it and the ultrasonic probe. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is characterized in that it further includes a transformer 25 that has a first winding 25a connected with the ultrasonic probe signal line and a first ground 26, and a second winding 25b connected with the front end signal line and a second ground 27, and that the first and second grounds are separated from each other by the transformer as their border.
