Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct a display image according to a use environment in an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a front end device and a back end device including a display panel. The display panel is provided with a front optical sensor and an upper optical sensor. A control part selects an LUT for correcting brightness and a white balance (color temperature) of an ultrasonic image based on an output signal group from the front optical sensor and the upper optical sensor. A correction part applies the selected LUT to the ultrasonic image before it is displayed, and thereby corrects the brightness and the white balance of the ultrasonic image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
