Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a thin ultrasonic driver excellent in durability which can be fabricated easily with reduced number of components.
CONSTITUTION: The ultrasonic driver comprises an electromechanical converting element 2 being driven ultrasonically, an oscillator 3 comprising resilient parts 3a, 3b subjected to combined excitation of translation and rotation through driving of the electromechanical converting element 2, and a mover 4 contacting partially with the oscillator 3.
