To provide a technique for visually indicating a motion conduction state inside a diagnosis subject.
In the technique, display examples of points of interest P1-P4 are displayed in the tomographic image of a heart 110 in each frame. In the frame 2, only the point of interest P1 with the frame 2 as a feature time phase is indicated with a marker. In the frame 3, only the points of interest P2 and P3 with the frame 3 as a feature time phase are indicated with markers. The afterimage of the marker is formed at the position of the point of interest P1 in the frame 3. Luminance in the afterimage of the marker is smaller than that in the marker in the feature time phase. In the frame 4, only the point of interest P4 with the frame 4 as a feature time phase is indicated with a marker. The afterimages of the markers are formed at the positions of the points of interest P1-P3 in the frame 4. In the frame 4, luminance in the afterimages of the points of interest P2 and P3 is smaller than that of the markers in the feature time phases, and luminance in the afterimage of the point of interest P1 is smaller than that of the afterimage in the frame 3.
