Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly accurately display an ultrasonic wave incident point to an object even when the position of the object is changed to be farther from or closer to an ultrasonic wave oscillator.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic wave incident point display device comprises: an ultrasonic wave oscillator 1 that makes an ultrasonic wave incident on a surface of an object M; and a laser distance meter 2 that is installed separated from the ultrasonic wave oscillator 1 by a predetermined distance B where only its angle attitude can be changed, emits a laser beam toward the surface to form a light spot on the surface, and detects the distance to the light spot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
