PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of heat and to enhance the dimensional accuracy of gaps between electroacoustic converting elements, by filling the gaps between a large number of linearily arranged electroacoustic converting elements with a filler having electric conductivity and heat conductivity and providing a heat dissipating member contacted with one sides of said elements.
CONSTITUTION: A negative electrode 3 and a positive electrode 4 are provided to both surfaces of each of the elements 2 of electroacoustic converting elements 1 and the elements 1 are linearily arranged and supported by a support stand 5. The gaps formed between the elements 1 and the gaps formed to the upper part of the support stand 5 are filled with fillers 6 to keep the gaps between the elements constant. Each of the fillers 6 comprises a metal plate having electric conductivity and heat conductivity and a uniform wall thickness. A plate shaped heat dissipating member 7 is attached to at least one side surface of the support stand 5 and one end surfaces of the fillers 6 are contacted with the heat dissipating member 7. Therefore, the heat generated in each element 1 is diffused to the heat dissipating plate 7 through each filler 6 and the generation of heat is reduced.
