Further, a comparator for comparing the measurement value obtained by transmitting ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic oscillators 41-4n by the pulse drivers 21-2n, at the time of measuring ultrasonic output, and receiving the reflected waves from a reflector set in a the focus position by the same ultrasonic oscillators 41-4n with a preset set value, and a display means 9 for receiving the comparison result of the comparator 8 and displaying when the measurement value is not coincident with the set value are provided.
