Abstract:
To provide an ultrasonic vibration imparting device that requires little burden necessary for management and utilization and can generate not only froths but also finer and creamy froths when applied to a sparkling beverage.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration imparting device of this invention which is used for a sparkling beverage such as canned beer includes at least: an ultrasonic generating element 12; a fixing-to-finger member 11 that fixes the ultrasonic generating element to a tip of a finger; and a drive power supply section 14 that is electrically connected to the ultrasonic generating element to control drive of the ultrasonic generating element and supplies power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
