Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an ultrasonic welding method capable of welding a welding material to an article to be welded regardless of the elasticity of the article to be welded.

CONSTITUTION: A sensor main body 2 having a protruding part 20 made of a resin formed thereto in the peripheral direction thereof is preliminarily fitted to the stay 3 constituted so as to be fitted to the protruding part 20 of the sensor main body 2. Subsequently, the sensor main body 2 is shaken in its peripheral direction by ultrasonic excitation to melt the protruding part 20 to be welded to the stay 3.
