Abstract:
To provide; an ultrasound transducer capable of improving adhesive strength between acoustic members and suppressing peeling of the acoustic members during dicing, disinfection, and cleaning; a method of manufacturing the same; an ultrasound probe having the ultrasound transducer; and an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus having the ultrasound probe.SOLUTION: Provided is an ultrasound transducer, including a laminated body in which a plurality of acoustic members are laminated, a silane coupling agent, an adhesive, and an adhesive layer for bonding any two acoustic members out of the plurality of acoustic members, the silane coupling agent having a structure represented by general formula (1). In the general formula (1), R1 is independently a methoxy group or an ethoxy group, R2 is a methoxy group, an ethoxy group, or a hydrogen atom, X is an organic chain having a straight or branched chain with 4 or more continuous carbon atoms, and A is a reactive functional group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
