Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the composition suitable as a coating agent for a microdisc, having extremely improved productivity by omitting a process, showing excellent lubricating properties, capable of maintaining excellent lubricating properties even at high temperature and at high humidity by using a specific compound as a lubricant.
CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (A) a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate having ≤450 molecular weight, (B) a fatty acid polyester of an alkylpolyol containing at least one tertiary or quaternary carbon in the molecule or its dimer as a lubricant and preferably (C) a fatty acid ester of an aliphatic monoalkyl alcohol. The component B (e.g. distearate of 2-ethylhexanediol) in an amount of 0.5-3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A and a photopolymerization initiator are preferably used.
