PURPOSE: To easily remove an umbrella bag being placed on an umbrella, from the umbrella, and at the same time, facilitate a treatment of the bag which is removed from the umbrella.

CONSTITUTION: When an umbrella 34 on which an umbrella bag 33 is placed is inserted in an umbrella insertion port 12, the umbrella bag 33 is removed from the umbrella 34 by the operation of a pair of pinching rolls 13. The removed umbrella bag 33 is dropped on a long net 16 which is operated under a take-up motion, and the umbrella bag 33 is taken up together with the net 16 for the structure. The umbrella bag which is placed on an umbrella can be extremely easily removed from the umbrella by a mechanical motion, and at the same time, the umbrella bag after usage can be recovered by the take-up motion of the long net.
