Abstract:
PURPOSE: To quickly open or close an umbrella device at an optional place and an optional time.
CONSTITUTION: This umbrella 2 is constituted of arm members 5 covered with a waterproof sheet 7 and capable of being swung up and down, an opening/ closing mechanism 6, and a driving means 4 driving the opening/closing mechanism 6. This umbrella 2 is fitted to a chain sling 3 suspending a building unit 10. The driving means 4 including a hydraulic cylinder 40 is fitted to the opening/closing mechanism 6, and the umbrella 2 can be quickly opened or closed by drive of the driving means 4.
