Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a spun yarn winder capable of shortening cables for signal transmission between a driving part and a control panel by equipping the driving part of spindles with the control panel containing an invertor in an integrated way.
CONSTITUTION: A driving part 21 of spindles 1 and 2 is equipped with a control panel 23 containing an invertor 22. The invertor is connected to spindle motors 25 and 26 by cables 46 and 47 for signal transmission and a controller 36 of the control panel is connected to a pulse generator by similar cables for signal transmission. The interval between the driving part and the control panel is short and the length of the cables for signal transmission is sufficiently short. When air is sent to fins 45 of the control panel by a cooling means 24 constituted by attaching blowing members to shafts of the spindle motors, the invertor can be cooled. Excellent operation control state is obtained with less production of noise.
