To provide an umbrella stand holder for a wheelchair enabling the handicapped to easily set an umbrella put-up position without force.

The holder 20 is mounted to an armrest pipe 3 of the wheelchair 1 through an attachment. The holder 20 comprises a base part 21 mounted to the attachment; a first support part 30 arranged in a horizontally rotatable manner to the base part 21; a second support part 40 vertically movable relative to the first support part 30; and an umbrella grip part 45 tiltably arranged at the second support part 40. In the first support part 30, a rotating pin engaged with a large number of grooves of a connecting plate, and a locking plate constituted integrally with the rotating pin, are connected and arranged rotatably with respect to a reference pin. The locking plate is engaged with a spherical body arranged at the first support part 30, so as to be selectively engaged with the grooves of the connecting plate to constitute an automatic lock mechanism.
