Abstract:
To provide a water droplet wiper 1 for an umbrella 3 being carried integrally with the umbrella 3, capable of properly wiping water droplets of the umbrella 3 regardless of a thickness of the closed umbrella 3, even when being wetted by wiping, being dried property in a short time, suppressing growth of mold, bacteria, being hygienic and preventing malodor.SOLUTION: An umbrella water droplet wiper comprises a wiping cloth body 2 being deformable into a flat shape and a cylindrical shape, and a cylindrical holding member 4 attached to the wiping cloth body 2, when the wiping cloth body 2 is wrapped around a closed umbrella 3 and deformed cylindrically, holding the wiping cloth body 2 in the cylindrical shape and fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the umbrella 3. The wiping cloth body 2 includes a water-absorbing cloth 6 on one side and a waterproof cover 7 on the other side, is wrapped around the umbrella 3 with the wiping cloth body deformed cylindrically so as to make the waterproof cover 7 outside and the water-absorbing cloth 6 inside and is attached to the umbrella by the cylindrical holding member 4. The wiping cloth body 2 includes, in the inside thereof, a water retention body 9 for retaining water absorbed by the water-absorbing cloth 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
