An uncoil wire rod guide device guides an uncoil wire material 6 delivered from a wire material coil 4 set up in a wire rod feeding mechanism 1. Also it is provided with a guide device main body 12 installed adjacent to the wire rod feeding mechanism 1, a guide roller lifting body 13 installed liftably on the guide device main body 12, a guide roller supporting body 21 installed rotatably and self-alignably on a guide roller lifting body 13 through a rotating shaft part 21a which is supported in the direction crossed at right angle to the lifting direction of the guide roller lifting body 13 and in the direction facing toward the wire material coil 4, and multiple laterally arranged guide rollers 24 which are arranged in lateral direction and supported rotatably about a roller shaft 22 through the roller shaft 22 which is installed on the guide roller supporting body 21 in vertical direction.
