Abstract:
To make it possible to guide a tip of a web, which is drawn from a coil, to a prescribed position regardless of a size of an outer diameter of the coil.SOLUTION: An uncoiler 1 comprises: a main spindle 3 to which a coil 99, on which a web 98 is wound, is attached; a motor 4 with a brake which rotationally drives the main spindle 3; a feed roll 21 which is provided at a position apart from an outer peripheral surface of the coil 99; a pinch roll 22 which approaches and separates from the feed roll 21; an oscillation rod 61 which extends between the feed roll 21 and the pinch roll 22, and the outer peripheral surface of the coil 99 from a fulcrum separated in a normal rotation direction from the feed roll 21 and the pinch roll 22, and is capable of oscillating so as to approach and separate from the outer peripheral surface of the coil 99; an advance/retreat rod 62 which can advance in a reverse rotation direction from the oscillation rod 61 and can retreat to the oscillation rod 61 in the normal rotation direction; an oscillation actuator 64 which oscillates the oscillation rod 61; and an advance/retreat actuator 65 which advances and retreats the advance/retreat rod 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
