To provide an underfloor storage structure capable of easily forming a convenient storage section under a living space, in which structure a raised floorboard capable of strongly and stably supporting a load from an upper living space can be easily installed without requiring much labor.
The underfloor storage structure 10 forms the storage section 15 below the raised floor 14 by installing the floor 14 to an inside space height h of not higher than 140 cm from the floor inside a room space 12 of a building 11, and comprises a floor supporting portion 19 made by arranging at least a pair of box-shaped bodies 17 made by combining vertical boards 16a, 16b, 16b into a U shaped cross-section in the state of positioning openings 18 opposite with each other with keeping a gap permitting passage of a human being and a raised floor member 29 stretched between the box-shaped bodies 17 and supported from the underside by the vertical boards 16b, 16b. In the inside of the box-shaped body 17, a shelf board 18, a drawer or a pipe member 19 is installed.
