Title:
UNDERGROUND BURIED BODY DETECTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05157841
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To dispense with the skill of an operator at the time of detecting a buried body using a buried body detecting device.

CONSTITUTION: Electromagnetic waves reflected by an object existing in the ground surface 30 or in a structure from a transmitting antenna 2 installed on the ground surface 30 are received by two receiving antennas 3, 4 installed on the ground surface 30 with the transmitting antenna 2 held in between, and two received signals are mutually subjected to differential processing. Amplitude information remaining after eliminating noise is then evaluated to perform the rumbling of a buzzer 9 and the blinking action of a lamp, thus informing an operator of the existence and buried position of the buried body 20.
