To shorten a work time when cutting the outer peripheral surface of an underground pile.
The underground pile cutting device includes: a casing positioned around the outer circumference of a drilled underground pile; a casing driving device; a wire saw for annularly cutting the outer peripheral surface of the underground pile while revolving around the outer circumference of the underground pile; and a guidance device for guiding the wire saw from a standby state to a cutting state. The endlessly stretched wire saw is driven by a cutting speed increase device such that the cutting speed is more increased than that when it is only revolved. The cutting speed increase device includes: solar means mounted on a fixed member fixed so as to be placed on the head of the pile; planetary means supported so as to be freely rotatable around the fixed member, and supported by a rotary member which rotates around the outer circumference of the fixed member so as to be freely rotatable, and connected to the solar means in a transmittable state; a drive pulley connected to the planetary means in a transmittable state for making the wire saw travel; and rotary force transmission means arranged between the casing and the rotary member for transmitting the driving force of the casing driving device via the casing to the rotary member.
