Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a compact space and increase the strength of an underground structure, by parallelly arranging two rows of box culverts and connecting the two rows of box culverts at the middle and butting each other at both ends and unifying them at the connection parts of the culvert with depth walls and further, fitting the bottom pit into a pit hole of a cast-in-place concrete foundation.
SOLUTION: An underground structure is constituted of a box culvert 2 provided with the bottom pit arranged at one end thereof and a feeding hole, a T-shaped box culvert 1 with a projected part, a parallelepiped box culvert 3, and box culverts 4 with depth walls closing both ends, in a row. These two rows of box culverts are parallelly arranged and both respective ends are connected to butt the rigidly connecting protrusions of the culverts 4 with the depth walls. And further, the protrusions of T-shaped box culverts 1 are rigidly connected to butt each other at the middle part.
