To provide an underground water treatment support device and an underground water treatment support program capable of contributing to a countermeasure to underground water due to an impermeable stratum.SOLUTION: An underground water treatment support device 10 is provided with: an acquisition section 11A acquiring depth information representing depth of an impermeable stratum acquired through ground investigation at a plurality of points in an objective area and two-dimensional location information representing corresponding horizontal locations; a deriving section 11B deriving three-dimensional location information representing a three-dimensional location of the impermeable stratum at the objective area using the depth information and the two-dimensional location information corresponding to the plurality of acquired points; and a presenting section 11C presenting support information regarding to underground water treatment for the objective area using the derived three-dimensional location information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
