PURPOSE: To simplify repapering by pasting an underlay material laminated with a film layer, an adhesive and released paper on a building, and by sticking a sticking material for construction on it.

CONSTITUTION: A film layer 2 is coated with an adhesive 3 and covered with released paper 4, and an underlay material 1 of a sticking material for construction is formed. Thereafter, the released paper 4 of this dunnage material 1 is released, and the underlay material 1 is adhered on a wall surface or others by adhesive strength of the adhesive 3. Additionally, on the film layer 2 of this underlay material 1, wall paper as a sticking material for construction is stuck with the adhesive 3 free to release in the future. Consequently, it is possible to quickly stick the wall paper on an original surface and to significantly save trouble of repapering.
