Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics that contain a poorly-soluble ultraviolet absorber and nicotinic acid amide, but have a good feeling in use without stickiness, are free from crystal deposition and have excellent stability.SOLUTION: Oil-in-water emulsion cosmetics contain following components (A) to (E): (A) an ultraviolet absorber that is solid at 25°C of 1-8%; (B) a polar oil that is liquid at 25°C; (C) polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil and/or polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester; (D) nicotinic acid amide of 2-10%; and (E) a partially-crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
