To obtain an underwater sensor deployment structure which deploys an underwater sensor quickly so that respective parts of it are not entangled.
In underwater sensor deployment structure, a signal cable 2, a housing case 6, a buffer cable 3, a drag body 4, an upper array wave receiving part 5, an underwater electronic part 8, a lower array wave receiving part 7, and a weight 9 are connected sequentially to a float 1, the signal cable 2, the buffer cable 3, the drag body 4 and the upper array wave receiving part 5 are housed in the housing case 6, the housing case 6, the underwater electronic part 8, the lower array wave receiving part 7 and the weight 9 are housed in a cylindrical body 10, and, while the cylindrical body 10 is being sunk, an underwater sensor is deployed. In this case, an upper array case 13 which is provided with a tube part 17 on which the upper array wave receiving part 5 is wound and a stopper 14 which fixes the housing case 6 so that its contents do not fall are installed. When the upper array wave receiving part 5 is let out wholly from the upper array case 13, the fixed state of the stopper 14 is released, and the contents of the housing case 6 are discharged.
