The underwear has the following structure: a underwear main body part 3 has a trunks shape, is stretchable in all directions, and lies so as to cover the thigh around to come in closely contact to the leg; an inner pad 2 does not protrude out when attached to a crotch part 4; a rib stitch part 13 of a front body center part and a rib stitch part 14 of an inguinal part are provided at the front body part 7 of the underwear main body part 3; a rib stitch part of a back body center part and a rib stitch part of a buttock part are provided at the back body part of the underwear main body part 3 so as to more closely contact to the skin at the inguinal part and the buttock part.
