To provide an unfoamable gel-like shaving preparation composition sufficiently softening the mustache and the skin, excellent in razor slipperiness, causing no razor rash and giving users good feeling in use after washing and excellent in shape keeping.

The unfoamable gel-like shaving preparation composition comprises (A) 0.1-5 wt.% of carboxyvinyl polymer or copolymer of an acrylic acid with a methacrylic acid alkyl ester, (B) 0.005-2 wt.% of high molecular weight polyethylene oxide having ≥100,000 of number average molecular weight, and (C) balancing amount of water.
