PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder for non-heat hydrated creamy food capable of making a creamy food for squeezing molding only by mixing without heating and with a small amount of water addition in short time at home.SOLUTION: There is provided a powder for non-heat hydrated creamy food capable of directly taking and being squeezing molded by a hydration mixing without heating, satisfying all of following (1) and (2). (1) The powder for non-heat hydrated creamy food contains carbohydrate, pregelatinized starch, powdered oil and fat and milk protein.
