To provide a stator rotation-type uniaxial eccentric screw pump free from early abrasion of a sliding surface with a thrust bearing even when a discharge pressure is high and radial load is large, capable of smoothly rotating a stator even when titanium is used in an outer cylinder of the stator in view point of corrosion resistance, preventing or suppressing mixing of abrasion powder into food even when abrasion is found for the sake of use of long period, and being used at ease for use in pressure feeding food supposedly it is abraded.
In this uniaxial eccentric screw pump 1, a rotatably-supported stator 4 is composed of an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, radial load applied to the stator 4 is supported by radial bearings 5, 6 made of resin or having metallic surfaces coated with resin, and a sliding face 4c of the stator outer cylinder is coated with a diamond-like carbon film 40 of 1-3 μm formed by an ion plating method and adapting to a food hygiene law.
