To easily reconstruct system constitution information that have been changed by replacement or the like of an apparatus connected to a UPS.

When replacing the apparatus connected to the UPS 12A, it is detected that a new apparatus 11M has been connected to the UPS 12A by a UPS sub-machine agent 14A, and the information of the apparatus 11M is obtained. Then, the apparatus information is transferred to a component checker 15A, the component checker 15A re-constructs system constitution data on the basis of the obtained apparatus information, and the data are transferred to a data collection part 16A and held. The data collection part 16A transmits new system constitution information data to a UPS state indicating part 17, and also transfers them to a system manager, a support center and the like.
