Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable to read in information without error, by detecting the phase difference between the phase of bits and the reference crystal oscillator, when the phase between bits for the imput signal is instantly changed, and by adjusting the amount of delay in the variable delay circuit inserted in the signal delivery line and keeping the required phase difference.
