Abstract:
PURPOSE: To economize materials and reduce the cost, at the same time, effect a fireproof construction easily and provide a unit building equipped with fireproof materials which are not lost easily.
CONSTITUTION: A unit building 1 is constituted of a plurality of lower floor building units 2A and 2A and upper floor building units 2B and 2B, etc., mounted on them. Boundary wall mounting beams 10 are fixed to the insides of ceiling beams 4 of the lower floor building units 2A, and fireproof internal walls 14 are mounted to the boundary wall mounting beams 10 with mounting devices 15. The lower ends of the fireproof internal walls 14 are connected to fireproof floor boards 13, and soft fireproof materials 21 are connected to the bottoms of the fireproof floor boards 13 with adhesives, etc. The soft fireproof floor boards 21 are width from the upper ends of the fireproof internal walls 14 to the upper surfaces of the boundary wall mounting beams 10, so that materials are economized.
