Abstract:
PURPOSE: To propose the vibration control unit and method for the vehicle which can greatly be reduced in the calculation quantity of filter processing.
CONSTITUTION: For the vehicle vibration control method which generates control vibration for reducing vehicle vibration by a speaker and detects the vibration signal indicating the vehicle vibration by a microphone to reduce periodic vehicle vibration, the fundamental vibration frequency ω of the engine is detected, the control vibration for reducing the vehicle vibration is generated by the speaker on the basis of a Fourier series of higher harmonic components (ω, 2ω... Nω) of the detected fundamental vibration frequency, and amplitude components (fcn, fsn) of the Fourier series as to the respective higher harmonic components are updated on the basis of the frequency transfer functions (hcn, hsn) of the speaker and microphone.
