PURPOSE: To enhance balcony assembling workability on the site by connecting a lower story balcony member which provides a lower story hand rail unit around a lower story balcony floor unit and an upper balcony member which provides an upper story hand rail unit around an upper story balcony unit with at least three posts and integrating both the balcony members in one piece.

CONSTITUTION: Floor boards 9 are installed to rectangular-shaped floor beams 8 of a lower story balcony member 4, thereby forming a lower story balcony floor unit 10 where a lower story hand rail unit 11 is installed around the floor unit 10. As for an upper story balcony member 5, construction work is carried out in a similar manner so that floor boards 15 are installed to rectangular-shaped floor beams 14, thereby forming an upper story balcony floor unit 16 where an upper story hand rail unit 17 is installed around a floor unit 16. Four posts 6 are further installed to the four corners, thereby connecting both the upper story and the lower story balcony members 4 and 5. A unit type balcony 3 is suspended with a tow truck on the site, thereby fixedly installing the lower story balcony floor unit 10 and the upper story balcony floor unit 16 of the unit type balcony 3 to floor unit mounting fittings 1b installed for every floor of the building 1 with bolts.
