Plural crushing units 13, 14 provided with an inlet of an article 11 to be crushed at the upper side and an outlet at the lower side are arranged up and down. Flanges 18, 21, 25, 26 provided on the inlet and the outlet of plural crushing units 13, 14 have the same attachment measure. The crushing units 13, 14 are provided with inspection window 20, 27 for detecting a crushing situation of the article 11 to be crushed.
