Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a heat source of which electric heating wires can be easily set up in and taken out of the external box by fitting the electric heating wires in spaces formed by partitioning the external box with partitions.
CONSTITUTION: An external box 1 made of a material having an insulating property such as insulators, ceramic plates, is partitioned by several partitioning plates 2, 3 having step-like cut parts 4, 5 in either the lower ends or the upper ends to form spaces in which electric heating wires 7 is to be fitted and in the back side of the box, a back plate to support the wires 7 is formed and in the upper edge, cut parts 6 to pull out both ends of the wires 7 are formed. Respective wires 7 are set up from the space in one side of the box 1, the coming out parts are bent, the bent parts are successively fitted in the cut parts 4, 5 and reach the other end. The wires 7 in both ends are pulled out and connected with an electric power source. As to taking out the wires, the wires 7 can be taken out due to self-weight only by setting the side in which the wires are set up to face downward. An aiming electric power (KW) can be provided by layering units.
