Abstract:
To provide a meat dishing unit which grips and dishes a meat group on a transportation conveyor, and can correspond even when, especially, different speed transportation is performed.SOLUTION: A meat dishing unit which is connected to a meat cutting and transporting unit comprising a meat cutting device and a transportation conveyor for transporting at different speeds includes: a grip mechanism for gripping a meat group on the transportation conveyor and moving it; and a grip control part having image information for recognizing an image of the meat group on the transportation conveyor, a relative motion frequency of a relative motion part of the meat cutting device, and high-speed transportation start timing information by inputted cut speed information, and for allowing the grip mechanism to grip the meat group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
