To provide a universal discharging device capable of being used for waste from a punching press for cutting sheet particularly from a press for cutting sheet such as paper or boards intended to produce package material.

This universal discharging device comprises a frame 2 and a frame upper part having a plate 10 with a plurality of uniformly distributed holes 11 drilled therein. A plate 12 same as the plate 10 and substantially the same size as the frame 2 is installed at the bottom part of the frame 10. A plurality of holes 13 completely positioned with a vertical line forming a pair with the holes 11 are provided in the plate 12. The plates 10 and 12 are separated from each other inside a space of the frame 2 by separating means. Discharge needles simply held on the holes by a spring effect are inserted into the holes forming a pair with each other in vertical direction.
