PURPOSE: To offer an unloader which is capable of making classification of unloaded works according to kinds such as an excellent article and an article of inferior quality, by providing a receiving tray of a work making reciprocating movement in a horizontal direction and a receiving bucket to be arranged below the receiving tray.

CONSTITUTION: When the titled unloader 1 is adopted to a lathe producing articles as works W in turn by machining a bar material secured by a chuck 7 of the lathe 3 provided with a bar material supplying device by various tools mounted on a turret 8, this unloader 1 includes a movable tray device 12 making reciprocating movement in a horizontal direction. In addition to the above, the unloader 1 possesses a cylinder 13 for pushing out the work provided on one end of the movable tray device 12 and a bucket device 15 for receiving the work positioned below a position where the edge of a rod of the cylinder 13 makes advance and retreat movement. The movable tray device 12 is constituted by providing a receiving tray 22 on the lower edge of a movable arm 23, the receiving bucket device 15 is constituted by providing movably a receiving bucket 39 receiving only an excellent work and an article of inferior quality is made to collect by a receiving bucket 16.
