To maneuver an unmanned aircraft without a crash or a collision to an obstacle, even when the unexpected change of an operator is performed and the other operator gets behind in recognition.

The unmanned aircraft maneuvering system (100) comprises an automatic maneuvering means (21) for detecting the flight state of an airframe (2) and keeping the airframe (2) in a predetermined flight state, a radio maneuvering means having a plurality of transmitters (1) having different frequencies for transmitting maneuvering signals to the airframe (2) by the operation of the operator, and a control means (21) for controlling the selection of maneuvering by the automatic maneuvering means (21) when a transmitter (1) for transmitting a maneuvering signal used for maneuvering the airframe (2) is switched to the other transmitter (1).
