Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately cut and eliminate an unnecessary part of a punched paperboard by locking a paperboard unnecessary part eliminating unit on an arbitrary position by a locking means.
SOLUTION: A device comprises a locking means 70 capable of locking a paperboard unnecessary part eliminating unit 40 on an arbitrary position, a plurality of the paperboard unnecessary part eliminating units 40 are set on the arbitrary positions respectively corresponding to the unnecessary parts of the paperboard, and moved from an upper part to a lower part along a side surface of the stacked punched paperboards for cutting and eliminating the unnecessary part of the punched paperboard by a scratching-off means. Each paperboard unnecessary part eliminating unit 40 is provided with a lateral positioning slot 72 on a guide plate 71 mounted on a lower part of a lower moving frame 2, and each tool rest 47 is fastened and locked on a position corresponding to the unnecessary part of the paperboard by operating a handle 73 from a rear surface side to the tool rest 47 through the slot 72.
